Q. Is Postage & Packing inclusive?
A. Yes. There are NO additional costs for any UK mainland & offshore UK connected postcodes
Q. What about Ireland?
A. This includes the whole of Ireland - North & South.
Q. Are P&P costs included for all international deliveries as well?
A. Yes. There are NO additional costs for any international postage services. We, as always endeavour to have our products - your purchases - delivered to you in the shortest possible time and with as little fuss necessary to have your jewellery pieces delivered in a timely manner. We do understand that some countries have specific methods that may cause minor delays, so we try and be as specific as possible in our descriptions to speed up customs delays as much as we can.
Q. What about guaranteeing our money/purchase?
A. Once full payment is received your items are packed and sent by Royal Mail and its subsidiaries by 48hr insured post. this ensures that if there are problems your money will not be lost.
Q. How long does it take for my purchases to be delivered?
A. This is always a very difficult question to answer. Under normal circumstances we endeavour to have your purchases out for collection the following working day.

Q. Can I order multiples of any piece of jewellery?
A. You may order as many or as few as you wish – there are no limits. You have the freedom to order using any payment method of your choosing. You have the freedom to mix and match the designs and quantities to whatever requirements you need. If you need additional help, feel free to contact us.
Q. How can I make payments?
A. If you order online through our website, the payment method is simple. You can pay using Visa or MasterCard debit/credit cards. Additionally, you can make payments via PayPal, either with a debit or credit card or by using their unique 3-month payment setup (subject to PayPal Terms and Conditions). If you prefer to pay directly outside of the website, you can do so by calling or emailing us through the 'Contact' page.
Q. Why do some of the items look different to the actual images on the website?
A. Each item is handmade from the very first starting point and may not always be exact copies - no two items are guaranteed to look the same. The exact number of stones, beads, crystals, sequins, pearls, and other materials may not always be of the same number/detail/ colour match, and the like. These are very rare items of handcrafted jewellery bough because of their uniqueness and scarcity, and for this there my be slight or noticeable differences between any two products purchased. That's what makes them so unique and distinguishable.
Q. How can I look after my handmade jewellery?
A. Each package comes with a set of guidelines to help you preserve and care for your unique handmade jewellery. There is nothing so complicated and expensive, but care and attention and correct information will help to keep your pieces looking their best.
